• Mary and Jeff updated the office hours
• Jeff and Mary cleaned and organized the office
• Leslie restocked the office supplies

The regular meeting of the Board of Elections and Internal Management was held on Thursday, September 15, 2010 at 3:33 pm, in the Student Government Association office 222 in the Adanti Student Center, the Board Chair Leslie Betters being present. Representatives-at-Large: Marcus D’Iorio and Natalie Sabino. General member: Jeff Clancy

• Natalie, Jeff, Leslie and Marcus brainstormed  ideas for the Freshmen Class and SGA Elections. We made a timeline, thought of possible speakers, drafted fliers
• Jeff updated  the committee list with the correct meeting times, dates and locations
• Natalie cleaned and organized the office
• Leslie updated the office hour spreadsheet

BEIM Minutes 09-08-11

The regular meeting of the Board of Elections and Internal Management was held on Thursday, September 08, 2010 at 3:31 pm, in the Student Government Association office 222 in the Adanti Student Center, the Board Chair Leslie Betters being present. Representatives-at-Large: Marcus D’Iorio and Natalie Sabino.

Natalie decorated one of the office bulletin boards and helped arrange BCR’s and BOF’s information that was previously posted.

Marcus and Leslie spent time getting pictures to update the two picture frames we have in the office.

Leslie finished updating the master list of office hours.
